Gresham high school water polo practices will begin Wednesday, April 3, and will be every Monday and Wednesday from 3-4 PM
Water Polo will be changed to 11:30 am - 1:00 pm Monday - Thursday

POOL RENTALS ON WEEKENDS/Year Round!
105$ for 90min in the pool and 30min for cake and presents.
60$ for 60min of swimming.
Private lessons are available upon request all year long! Preschool lessons run 30 minutes for $15.00. School age lessons run 40 minutes for $20.00. Semi- private lessons are also available for groups of 2-3 children. Cost is $10/student for 30 minutes or $15/student for 40 minutes classes. All lessons are scheduled through aquatic supervisor. Maverick Aquatics The team competes through the United States Swimming program. Many levels, locations and times are offered. Look up maverick- aquatics.com or call Sean at 503-307-0642 for more info.

Level 3 - Five yard front kick, Five yard back kick
Level 4 - Sit/Dive/Glide, Five yard stomach/back kick, five yard crawl stroke
Level 5 - 15 yard crawl stroke with breathing
Level 6 - 25 yard crawl stroke, 15 yard backstroke, tread water for one minute
Level 7 - 50 yard freestyle, 25 yard backstroke, kick breaststroke for 20 ft.
Level 8 - 100 yard freestyle, 25 yard breaststroke, 30 ft. butterfly
Level 9 - 200 yard freestyle, 25 yard fly, 50 yard brst. Level 10 - 300 yard freestyle, 100 yard backstroke, 100 yard IM
