High School Tuition and Fees

Dear Gresham High School Families,

We hope you are enjoying summer break and getting excited about the start of the new school year!

As we prepare for the start of school, we will be resuming the pre-pandemic practice of collecting student fees. These fees help support a variety of important programs, materials, and activities that enhance our students’ educational experience.

In determining the fees, we have made a concerted effort to limit the financial burden on our families. Many fees will remain at the amounts they were before the COVID-19 pandemic. Others have been minimally increased to offset current costs.

We understand that financial circumstances vary, and we are committed to ensuring that all students have access to the resources and opportunities they need. If the listed fees present a hardship for your family, you may request a fee waiver. Information about how to apply for a waiver will be available through your school office.

GHS Request for Reduced/Waived Fees Form

Required Fees

  • Textbook Deposit (Freshmen & New Students) – $50.00
     (Refundable upon return. Reduced: $25.00. Waived for qualified students.)

  • Graduation Fee (Seniors Only) – $35.00
     (Required for all students.)
     

Optional Fees

  • Athletic Family Pass (District-wide) – $70.00

  • Yearbook (GHS/SBHS only) – $50.00

  • ASB Sticker – $20.00
     (Includes free admission to most home games and discounts to after-game dances)
     

Athletic & Activity Fees*

  • Fall Sports (Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, Water Polo, Soccer) – $175.00
     (Reduced: $87.50. Waiver/Minimum: $43.75)

  • Winter Sports (Swimming, Basketball, Wrestling) – $175.00
     (Reduced: $87.50. Waiver/Minimum: $43.75)

  • Spring Sports (Track, Golf, Baseball, Softball, Tennis, Boys Volleyball, Flag Football) – $175.00
     (Reduced: $87.50. Waiver/Minimum: $43.75)
     

Activity Participation Fees

  • Symphonic Band – $60.00 (Reduced: $30.00. Waiver/Minimum: $15.00)

  • Concert Choir – $60.00 (Reduced: $30.00. Waiver/Minimum: $15.00)

  • Cheerleading – $60.00 (Reduced: $30.00. Waiver/Minimum: $15.00)

  • Dance Team – $60.00 (Reduced: $30.00. Waiver/Minimum: $15.00)

  • Drama (Per Production) – $60.00 (Reduced: $30.00. Waiver/Minimum: $15.00)
