To Be Cleared to Participate

1. New This Year

   Create a FinalForms Account

   A parent or guardian must create an account first. Students cannot create their account until the parent/guardian account has been established. Student self-registration will not be accepted.

2. Make Sure Your Sports Physical Is Current

   If a new physical is due, make an appointment before the first regular-season practice date. Only the OSAA Sports Physical Form is accepted. Physicals are valid for two years from the date of the exam.

   Upload the completed physical in FinalForms, drop it off at the main office, or email it to morales118@gresham.k12.or.us.

3. Meet Academic Eligibility Requirements

   Students must have passed at least five classes in the spring and must be enrolled in at least five classes for the first semester.

4. Pay Athletic Fees

   Athletic fees may be paid online through the district Webstore or through the Gresham High School bookkeeper.

5. Complete All Requirements Before August 17

   All registrations must be cleared before August 17 to ensure every required item has been completed.

   Students transferring to Gresham High School must check in with the Athletics Office before joining a team so required transfer documentation can be reviewed and cleared.

6. Verify Your Clearance With the Athletics Office

   Stop by the Athletics Office and see Miss Frances to verify that all registration and clearance requirements are complete.
