Early Childhood Education

Gresham High School's Early Childhood Education Program provides students with a variety of skills and knowledge related to early learning and education. Students observe and teach early learners at the school's Center, study child development, guidance and career opportunities. This program encourages students to deepen their understanding of teaching and child professions through community contacts and experiences. A partnership with Eastern Oregon University allows students to earn college credit while in high school. This program provides a valuable foundation for future careers in education, child and family services, and early child development.
